Varndean School are looking for enthusiastic, committed and flexible invigilators for the summer exam sessions and beyond.
We are one of the top performing secondary schools in Brighton and Hove and examinations form a vital part of what we do. Last summer alone, students sat over 4500 individual exams. To help ensure that every student has the best possible chance of success, the school employs invigilators to oversee the exams. We are looking for a team prepared to work on an on-call basis to support us in meeting the varying needs of a wide range of qualifications and students.
Payment is on an hourly basis of £12.59 for invigilators and £13.02ph for those who progress to the higher level of lead invigilator. Full training is available.
